K-Pop Artist Lee Hae Ri Of Davichi Announces Upcoming Wedding July With A Handwritten Letter
Singer Lee Hae Ri of K-pop duo Davichi is getting married. She announced her upcoming wedding with a handwritten letter posted on Instagram on May 11.
In the letter, the South Korean artist addressed the Davichi Chord, which is the name of the official fandom of the group. She started the letter by asking all her fans how they were doing.
After which the artist proceeded to say that the truth was that there was something she wanted to tell the fans first and therefore she was posting on the social media platform with a nervous heart.
Lee Hai Ri then mentioned that it felt like a dream that she was about to say because it did not feel real yet, but she was getting married. Moreover, she shared that her would-be husband is a good person from whom she could learn a lot and when she is with him, he makes her laugh for many reasons
The singer added that more than anything else her fiance is someone who cares about and respects her more than anyone else and that she would cherish him and be with him forever.
The K-pop artist shared that she will continue to chat, laugh, and sing with Min Kyung as Lee Hae Ri of Davichi. The singer signed off the letter by thanking Davichi Chord for always loving her unconditionally. h
Lee Hae Ri also said that she is waiting for the day she can meet her fans at the concert venue and repay them with good albums.
WAKEONE, Lee Hae Ri's agency, also released an official statement to confirm the news saying that the singer was going to marry her beloved lover in July. They added that the wedding ceremony was going to be small with only family, relatives, and acquaintances.
The agency thanked fans for understanding that it was tough to disclose the wedding-related details in consideration of the singer's non-celebrity fiancé and the families of both the bride and groom.
WAKEONE then went on to ask the Davichi Chord for their support and warm blessings to Lee Hae Ri, who met her precious partner and was going to start a new chapter in her life.
Fellow band member and the other half of Davichi, Kang Min Kyung had a witty reply to the wedding announcement. She posted a news article on her Instagram handle about the wedding and underlined that part that said Lee Hae Ri was the first Davichi member to tie the knot and that Kang Min Kyung had not married yet.
Kyung then shared a glimpse of her playlist, showing that she was listening to "I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better" by G.Na!
