BTS ‘Permission To Dance On Stage LA’ Ticket Sales Start, ARMY Shares Ticket Prices
Yibada News - Tickets for the upcoming four shows of K-pop superstar BTS went on pre-sale starting Tuesday, October 5. The shows are a part of the "Permission to Dance on Stage LA" tour, which will occur over four nights, November 27-28 and December 1-2, in Los Angeles.
The venue for the shows is the SoFi Stadium that opened its door in September 2020 in the city's Inglewood area. It has a capacity of 70,000 people, though it can be expanded to over 100,000. BTS is the first Asian music artist to perform at this venue.
Fans can currently purchase pre-sale tickets from providers such as TicketNetwork, MegaSeats, and secondary market merchants such as StubHub and Vivid Seats, who have buyer protection or guarantees that ensure tickets are valid and will be accessible or delivered before the event and will be same as what was purchased.
Those looking forward to the shows can browse the secondary-market sites if tickets are not available right away on Ticketmaster. The tickets are, however, not on sale to the general public until October 9.
The pre-sale codes were emailed in September to fans who had tickets to see the K-pop band on their previously scheduled tour. The codes have a one-time validity only and can be used to buy four tickets. Fans with VIP tickets, known as the soundcheck tier, got the first chance to get the pre-sales tickets.
Loyal members of BTS's fan club, the ARMY, took to the internet to share the ticket prices with other fans. The event has several different ticket types. The normal tickets range from $60 to $275 before fees, while the Silver and Gold packages cost around $450 before fees.
Non-VIP ticket-buyers will be able to enter pre-sale today. Tomorrow, ie., on October 7, the "BTS Global Official Fanclub Army Membership" fans will get their first chance to get the tickets. "Verified Fans" who register through Ticketmaster can enter pre-sale on October 8. Last, of all, the general ticket sale opens on October 9.
The online queues had thousands of fans trying to get their hands on the tickets. Though barricade and soundcheck seats sell out super fast, there are still plenty of tickets for the ARMY to buy. After the pre-sale is complete, all the remaining tickets will be available for general sale.
There is also hope for fans who cannot make their way to the BTS live performances. The Bangtan Boys will host the same performance in an online concert on October 24. The LA concert will be BTS's first live show in 2 years.
