APRIL Members Participate In An Exclusive Interview To Clear Allegations Between Former Member Hyunjoo
APRIL members Jinsol, Naeun, Yena, and Chaewon commented about the allegations that they bullied former APRIL member Hyunjoo.
The four members participated in an exclusive interview with Sports Kyunghyang to speak about the current situation. They are currently receiving psychiatric treatment and suffering from mental distress.
On February 28, their time has stopped. They were the victims all that time and not the perpetrators. They explained that they are being concerned as evil people and were treated as sinners. The four of them wanted to set things straight and not feel like being driven to death.
They have kept their silence for a long time because the agency told them to stay still. They did not want to do anything wrong and thought that the truth would be revealed if they waited. However, they have realized that being an' idol' for the past four months is one of the most challenging things to understand.
There are some things that they could not share to protect former member Hyunjoo. The group said that the misunderstanding seemed to grow further with the agency's only official statement and posts.
In addition, they got so angry when they saw Hyunjoo's post that she would forgive them if they will admit their wrongdoings and try to make them right.
APRIL was known and grown with the concept of being 'clean idols'' for seven years. There were some things that the group did not want to reveal, but the public wanted them to share evidence. Nevertheless, the group will be giving them what they wanted.
In conclusion, Sports Kyunghyang secured the psychotherapy record of APRIL members. They also confirmed that Chaewon and Naeun received therapy for six months at the mentioned journal entry.
The outlet also added that Jinsol and Yena were too young and found the therapy difficult for them to handle.
