"We plan to support Yerin actively so that she can greet her fans through a variety of promotions. Please send your unchanging encouragement toward Yerin, who will be greeting you from now on as an artist at Sublime Artist Agency."
GFRIEND's Yerin also communicated with fans to personally announce that she has found a new agency. She posted a message on her Instagram and translated by Soompi, the singer said that she has joined Sublime and will start working hard from now on so fans can see her best sides through different activities. She also thanked her fans for showing her love and cheering her as she moves on to another phase in her career.
In any case, Yerin has been part of GFRIEND for six years before the group suddenly disbanded in May as everyone in the team did not renew their contract with Source Music. GFRIEND's Yerin has now joined the agency that is also home to other popular stars, including GOT7 members Jackson and Youngjae, EXID's Hani, Rain, Song Kang Ho, Lim Na Young, and more. Meanwhile, Sowon, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, and Umji have yet to sign with a new company.
