SEVENTEEN Confirmed For First Appearance On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’
SEVENTEEN is confirmed to appear on the American talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! It will be the Korean boy group's very first guesting on the said program, and the schedule was already confirmed by Pledis Entertainment, the band's agency.
According to Star News, the management agency affirmed the reports that S.Coups, Yoon Jeonghan, Joshua Hong, Wen Junhui, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8 (Xu Minghao), Kim Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino are set to perform on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! on June 23.
On June 16, Pledis shared that SEVENTEEN will be on stage to perform the title track of their upcoming eight mini-album called Your Choice. The 13 members will give their all for the fans and viewers around the world and show their talents and charisma via the rendition of Ready to Love.
This track is an R&B pop genre musical piece that highlights SEVENTEEN's signature energetic moves and catchy melody. Fans can expect another remarkable performance from the group that will surely fire up the stage.
While the band already appeared in other American talk shows, including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and The Late Late Show With James Corden, this is their very first guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! so the members are quite excited that a new foreign program has been added to their list. In any case, Allkpop reported that SEVENTEEN would make its comeback with the Your Choice mini-album that will be released on June 18 at 6 p.m. KST.
Meanwhile, prior to the group's comeback, Hoshi celebrated his 25th birthday on June 16. The SEVENTEEN member marked his special day in a meaningful way by donating ₩100 Million or about $89,000 to the Namyangju Welfare Foundation that helps households in local communities who are in need. The officials said that donations had decreased recently due to COVID-19, so they are grateful to the idol who did not forget to help others, especially at this time.
