ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo And Shin Sung Rok To Leave ‘Master In The House’
ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo and Shin Sung Rok are stepping down from their variety show, Master In The House, also known as All the Butlers. It was the production team of the program that confirmed the pair's exit through an official statement.
The producers said on Thursday, June 10 that indeed ASTRO's Chae Eun Woo and Shin Sung Rok are leaving together. It was mentioned that the two will last be seen in their final episode that will air on June 20, as per Allkpop.
Moreover, the officials of the show revealed that the pair stated their intention to go, and after discussions, they made careful considerations, and the entire production team decided to respect their decisions.
Cha Eun Woo and Shin Sung Rok will both be leaving to focus on their main jobs, acting in dramas and musicals for the latter and promotion as a member of ASTRO and acting for the former. The producers said they understand the pair's wish to pour their energies on their main careers so they will be let go without issues.
"We are deeply grateful to Shin Sung Rok and Cha Eun Woo who always gave us laughter in Master In The House," EDaily quoted the production team as saying in a statement. "We will continue to support them."
In any case, the two stars previously replaced the original fixed members BTOB's Yook Sungjae and Lee Sang Yoon, who left in February 2020. Thus, both Shing Sung Rok and Cha Eun Woo were part of the show for just more than a year.
Finally, Master in the House is a type of variety show where the cast members spend a day with people who are experts or well-known in various fields. There were non-celebrity guests as well, and they were invited as they are considered "masters" in what they do. The SBS program airs every Sunday at 6:25 p.m. KST.
