SBS Power FM radio show 'Young Street' will be having Red Velvet's Wendy to be the new DJ.
On May 26, SPOTV News announced that Wendy would be the new DJ of 'Young Street,' and the radio program is currently in talks about the date of her first broadcast.
In response to the report, a source from SBS Power FM radio show 'Young Street' said that Wendy is a strong candidate for the DJ position. However, things are still up in the area, and they are currently discussing it.
Lee Joon was the previous DJ and has stepped down in April last year. Since then, the position filled by Wendy was open for all special guests, including Jung Da Bin, Lee Gi Kwang, and Jin Hyuk.
Fans were excited to find out who will be the next DJ in the popular radio show.
On the other hand, Wendy recently hosted JTBC's variety show 'Mystical Record Shop.' The program is a music variety show where the same career will link together four MCs. They would also introduce life stories and songs that are memorable to them.
Wendy recently released her first solo mini-album, 'Like Water,' and placed No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in different 30 regions.
Music has greatly influenced the community and was also known as the universal language, and it makes someone's life because of its lyrics and melody. Music also comforts and becomes someone's friend in the process.
The variety show will discuss songs that have greatly influenced people and look back on those people's lives. On the other news, Yoon Jong Shin has traveled overseas for the 'Nomad Project' and has made his return for the talk show.
Kyunghun and Wendy are both talented idol vocalists who also contributed valuable insight into the program and the future shows they will be in.
