NCT DREAM Takes Top Spots In Gaon Weekly Charts
NCT DREAM hit the top spot and dominated the latest Gaon charts.
On May 20, Goan Chart released its weekly chart ranking for May 9 to May 15.
NCT DREAM bagged a first place on the overall digital chart, physical album chart, download chart, and BGM chart. BGM chart shows track the songs that people purchase to use background music for KakaoTalk profiles and its blogs.
Brave Girls' 'Rollin' remained in first place on the streaming chart for its fourth consecutive week, and BTS held its spot being No. 1 of Gaon's Social Chart 2.0 for its ninth consecutive week.
NCT DREAM's 'Hot Sauce' hits No. 1, and other tracks from Brave Girls' 'Rollin,' 'We Ride,' IU's 'LILAC,' and Justin Bieber's 'Peaches. Each of them has dropped one spot from last week on the overall digital chart.
Also, new releases have dominated the download chart, and 'Hot Sauce' hits No. 1. Coming in second place is Oh My Girl's 'Dun Dun Dance,' and Kang Daniel's 'Outerspace' hits No. 3, Baekhyun's 'Bambi,' on No. 4, and ONEUS's 'BLACK MIRROR' on the fifth spot.
Regarding the album charts, NCT DREAM's 'Hot Sauce'ONEUS's 'BINARY CODE,' and Oh My Girl's 'Dear OHMYGIRL' made it to the top three spots on the album chart recording physical album shipments.
The top five are the same as last week for the Social Chart 2.0. BTS and BLACKPINK held their top spots, and Lim Young Woong and Kim Ho Joong placed No. 3 and No. 4, and TWICE took No. 5.
Recently, NCT DREAM also won their first music show trophy for their track 'Hot Sauce.' On May 19, ITZY, NCT DREAM, Oh My Girl, ONEUS, and Highlight showcased their awesome performances to win the trophy. However, it ultimately went to NCT DREAM with their song 'Hot Sauce.'
