News about Hyun Bin circulated like fire earlier today as media outlets reported that the actor recently moved into a luxury villa, possibly as marriage preparation. However, the rumors were dismissed by Hyun Bin's agency.

The CLOY Lovers

The hit TV series Crash Landing On You stars have become lovers in real life. The fictional lovers of the famous drama and two of the leading stars of the Korean wave, Son Ye-jin, and Hyun Bin, admitted that they have been dating for eight months.  

As previously stated by VAST Entertainment, Hyun Bin's agency, the two became intimate friends as co-stars and developed intimacy into a romantic relationship after the drama. Simultaneously, the agency of Son, MS Team Entertainment, also confirmed that the pair are in a relationship.

Right after the statement of the two's agencies, Son wrote on her Instagram account, "I'm grateful that I could meet such a good person. I will make efforts to nurture [the relationship] well and beautifully."

Is Hyun Bin Preparing For Marriage?

Ilyo Newspaper reported on January 30 that Hyun Bin bought a new high-end villa in Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province, and moved in only recently. The paper also stated that the actor's choice could have been made with marriage in mind.

Furthermore, the report shared that Hyun Bin purchased the villa in a penthouse located in Achiul Village in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. It also announced that the star bought it for 70-pyeong (approximately 2,491 square feet) luxury villa for 4.8 billion KRW (about $4.3 million).

Adjacent to Seoul, Achiul Village is considered one of the most environmentally friendly neighborhoods. Actor Oh Yeon Seo moved into the village's new villa Last year, and singer JYP (Park Ji Young) was seen living in a detached house within the town in a broadcast.

However, the actor's agency denied the rumor saying that he didn't purchase it as a matrimonial home. "We cannot confirm the details about an artist's private residence," the agency added.

Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, both 38, had repeatedly denied dating rumors previously but things changed starting 2021 as the two finally admitted their relationship on January 1.
