BTS V Earns A New Name With New 'Best OST' Award For 'Sweet Night'
South Korean singer-dancer-actor, BTS V, earns a new name from a media outlet with his latest award from the recently concluded APAN Star Awards.
BTS V adds another trophy to his Hall of Fame
The Snow Flower singer-producer is being called the "master of the holy trinity of entertainment" by the renowned media outlet that talks about K-wave content, Allkpop.
That said, BTS V won an impressive award for his OST for the drama series titled Itaewon Class, led by his fellow WOOGA Squad member Park Seo Joon.
The award BTS V received is from the recently concluded 2020 APAN Star Awards, leading him to add another trophy to his awards collection in almost all entertainment industry departments-dancing, acting, and singing.
The Grammy-nominated artist received the Best OST trophy for Sweet Night, leading many to talk about how V managed to finish big in awards shows with the track.
V then became a hot topic during the event, earning praise and congratulations from ARMYs worldwide.
BTS V dominates the three departments of the entertainment industry
Kim Taehyung, best known as V, is remarkably the only solo artist from Big Hit Entertainment to be awarded in three different industry categories.
He previously was bested the Best Choreography and the Best idol Actor award, proving his excellence as an artist. With his new Best OST award, V dominates the dancing, acting, and singing aspects in the industry, making him become the "master of the holy trinity of entertainment."
BTS V was not able to attend the awards ceremony due to a conflicting schedule, but his name did not dismay to trend on social media platforms. Messages from the ARMYs stormed over online, hoping V would notice.
The hashtag #SweetNightBestOST trended worldwide on Twitter, and as well as the phrase "CONGRATULATIONS TAEHYUNG."
Aside from the fans, many celebrities and artists also congratulated V on his new feats, such as the Grammy-winning and Oscar-nominated singer Sumi-Jo and Argentina-born muralist Alejandro Vigilante.
