Is BTS Collaborating With Ariana Grande Soon? Fans Eagerly Seek Answers
The ARMYs are on their feet to know the truth! Will BTS collaborate with American singer Ariana Grande? This hype among fans came after a rumor spread online through a well-known insider. The said personality hinted that Ariana Grande would be collaborating with BTS, and their track is set to be released this year.
The Spark Of Collab Rumors
The rumor mill running in 2020 was set by BTS Jungkook when a song clip he had shared during a live stream matched with the one Grande had shared earlier.
However, the septet ended up working on other collaborations than Grande. Since then, multiple chartbusters have been released by the group, including their first English single titled Dynamite. The collaboration news has now resurfaced between BTS and Grande and said that it would arrive in 2021.
Furthermore, at the red carpet of the 2020 Grammy Awards, BTS has indicated that they would love to collaborate with Grande.
The band, RM, Suga, Jimin, V, J-hope, Jin, and Jungkook had also invited Grande to watch their choreography rehearsal in Los Angeles, California. And while speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the band's leader RM said that Ariana was practicing next to their big studio and said she wanted to see their rehearsal.
While speaking to Billboard, RM also added that they always want to collaborate with Ariana. "She's one of the best," he said. In return, Grande had also tweeted about watching BTS rehearsing, and she was super impressed. Some might even say that she was fangirling.
Also fuelled the collaboration is when the two of the K-pop group producers had followed Grande on Instagram.
The Almost 'Confirmed' Collaboration
As reported by Allkpop, the insider who claims to know about the development of the collaboration happens to be the person who also leaked other news related to the music industry. This includes The Weeknd's 'Blinding Lights,' Saweetie and Doja Cat's collaboration, Ariana Grande's '34+35 (Remix)', Katy Perry's new music video, and Zayn's latest album.
The rumors may be true considering how everything else has turned out to be accurate, and fans root for it.
