Kang Daniel Reveals Tracklist For New EP 'Magenta'
Former Wanna One card-carrying member Kang Daniel is set to color your summer 'Magenta' as he unveils his newest EP tracklist!
The 23-year-old singer is set to put on the show for his second EP debut entitled 'Magenta' on August 3 at 6 P.M. KST, and at the same time, revealing the tracklist of the said album. On Wednesday (July 15), the multi-talented K-pop idol released the songs line up from his forthcoming EP, which will make the summer of its listeners even hotter, Hellokpop reported.
The poster comes in a neon pink background with the extended play's title on top. The said poster also contains the list of Daniel’s six brand new tracks, including 'Waves,' 'Flash,' 'Runaway,' 'Who U Are,' 'Movie,' and one more track written in Korean.
As per Allkpop, Kang Daniel is planning on dropping the pre-release single of 'Magenta' entitled 'Waves,' which features hip hop recording artist Jung Ki-suck, better known as Simon Dominic, and former 15& member Jamie. The pre-release of 'Waves' will be taking place next week, July 27.
Kang Daniel's anticipated EP 'Magenta' is synchronizing with summer's heat and is said to seize its listeners' hearts by showcasing a unique nostalgic beginning and end of summer vibes. The six all-new tracks are made in a mixture of themes that best fits the season.
With his previous EP's success, the fans have highly raised the bar for the K-pop idol's new EP. Adding up to the fans' sky-high expectations is the prior announcement of Kang Daniel in collaborating with huge K-pop artists, such as YUMDDA, Jamie (formerly known as Jimin Park), Simon Dominic, and DVWN.
According to a reliable source, Kang Daniel is very hands-on in writing most of the track's lyrics. 'Who U Are' is mostly written by the multi-talented artist and is set to be the EP's lead single.
