TWICE To Make A Special Performance At TIME Magazine’s Global TIME100 Talks Event
TWICE, who has reached new heights with their, I CAN'T STOP ME music video, will be making a special appearance at the upcoming TIME100 Talks event of TIME magazine!
The Girl Group With Most MVs Surpassing 200 Million Views
The music video for TWICE's track, I CAN'T STOP ME, has just surpassed 200 million views on YouTube. It was uploaded on YouTube on October 26, 2020.
This means that the music video took about 76 days to reach the milestone. Notedly, this is now the fastest TWICE MV to hit 200 million views, with the previous record of Likey at 128 days.
I CAN'T STOP ME is also the 14th MV of TWICE to hit the milestone. The track has joined the 200 million view club of YouTube along with the group's MORE & MORE, TT, Cheer Up, Like OOH-AHH, Likey, What Is Love?, Signal, Heart Shaker, Knock Knock, Dance the Night Away, YES or YES, Fancy, and Feel Special.
TWICE has now extended its record having the most number of music videos among Kpop girl groups to surpass 200 million views on YouTube.
TWICE To Perform In A Global Event
TIME100 Talks is created by TIME magazine. It is a live event series that convenes leaders from every field to spotlight solutions to encourage cross-disciplinary action and urgent global problems.
On January 28, local time, the upcoming event will be streamed live. It will be featuring interviews with global leaders such as Kang Kyung Hwa, South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs.
As announced by TIME magazine, TWICE will be performing their B-sides song from their latest studio album, Eyes wide open, Depend on You. Notably, Nayeon penned the lyrics for the track personally.
The TIME100 Talks event will occur on January 28 at 7 p.m. EST (January 29 at 9 a.m. KST), featuring TWICE.
