BTS subunits' song composed by Jungkook, Stay, has once again achieved a new remarkable milestone. Now, it becomes the #1 Best-seller song of 2020 on Amazon!

Jungkook, RM, and Jin sang the song Stay, and Jungkook composed it originally for his mixtape. The track's other achievements include reaching #1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales, becoming the first B-side track from 'BE' album, and the first BTS sub-unit song to achieve this feat.

Jungkook's Compositions At The Top

The two compositions of the golden maknae: his solo song My Time, and the Japanese OST of BTS Your Eyes Tell, previously had also reached #1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales. 

Jungkook now has three (3) #1's on Billboard World Digital Song Sales as a composer/songwriter with these achievements. He is also the first BTS member to achieve this feat.

As revealed by Allkpop, Your Eyes Tell was also originally intended for the mixtape of Jungkook, but just like Stay, it ended up in BTS Japanese album Map Of The Soul: The Journey because it was so good. 

Jungkook: 'The Achiever Of Firsts'

Jungkook has proved that his skill in composing songs is over the top. With the three songs he wrote became the first one in their categories to hit #1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales, he justifies his title as the "Achiever of the Firsts."

On Billboard World Digital Song Sales, My Time becomes the first BTS solo song to reach #1.

"Your Eyes Tell" becomes the first BTS Japanese B-side to reach #1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales.

On Billboard World Digital Song Sales, Stay becomes the first BTS sub-unit song and 'BE' B-side track to reach the No. 1 spot.

Moreover, Jungkook has been showing his genius skills in music-making time and time again. Whether as a producer for Love Is Not Over, Magic Shop, and Still With You or as a composer/songwriter for My Time, Your Eyes Tell, Run, Stay, Autumn Leaves, among many others.
