Lee Min Ho Makes Charitable Donation To Organizations Helping Abused Children
The King: Eternal Monarch actor Lee Min Ho ended the year with a meaningful donation to various organizations benefiting and protecting the children from any type of abuse.
On December 31, Thursday, Lee Min Ho, together with his managing label, has made a monetary donation amounting to 50 million won through donation platform PROMIZ. The charitable donation has been transferred to Holt Children'sChildren's Services Inc, Good Neighbors International, and Save the Children organizations, all working to protect and help children from abuse.
Lee Min Ho has a long history of supporting the cause of these organizations helping vulnerable children. Moreover, Lee Min Ho has been donating eagerly to help the organizations reach the household of children whose family members are possibly abusing them, especially now that people are confined at home due to the serious threat of COIVD-19.
Furthermore, the charitable donation will help these abused children receive the proper treatment they deserve by getting psychological counseling to overcome emotional distress and more. Lee Min Ho did not just prove his good heart to the public through his recent donations but also has a previous history of supporting the government in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lee Min Ho donated a total of 300 million won to the South Korean government to prevent the transmission of COIVD-19 in the country. The donation also comes with personal protection equipment for front liners and children with weak immune systems.
PROMIZ revealed Lee Min Ho'sHo's hope to ensure the children's safety from abusive households since the COVID-19 hit the world. "He hopes that this donation will raise awareness for the victims of child abuse who are suffering in the dark and also provide practical assistance to vulnerable children," PROMIZ concluded.
