Check Out V's Shoutout To Suga During The '2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon' In Their Hometown
The Bangtan Boys brothers' bond is unlike any other. Despite Suga's absence at the recently concluded 2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon, V gives his fellow band member a shoutout.
BTS V's words for BTS Suga
As everyone knows, the BTS rapper Suga is currently taking his time to recover from a shoulder operation. He temporarily severed his ties with BTS starting on the first week of November to prioritize his health.
Suga decided to take the time to have his shoulder medically taken care of before enlisting in military service when the time comes.
To that matter, only six out of seven lads attended and performed at the 2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon that took place in Daegu, which is V and Suga's hometown.
The audience-less event took place on Christmas day, December 25 (Friday), causing the ARMYs and BTS to miss Suga. That said, V took the chance to shout out to the rapper during the band's speech at the end of the show.
"Suga Hyung, you're watching, right? Let's return together next time for sure, okay?" V said to his fellow Daegu-born band member in a thick Daegu accent.
The Snow Flower singer added that it feels odd going back to his hometown without Suga as it would be nice for them to come back home together. "Suga Hyung is feeling very regrettable for not having been able to come," V exclaimed.
BTS leaves space for Suga at the 2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon photo wall
Before the Christmas show special kicked off, BTS graced the event's red carpet and photo wall when the dashing six lads posed for the camera and left a space for Suga in the middle.
The host requested the matter, of which BTS gladly granted by putting the absentee member in the middle.
Furthermore, BTS performed at the event without Suga but was proxy by a snowman. Check out BTS's speech below!
