Genius Korea names the top five songs of BTS. With Dynamite on the top spot, Jimin's Filter becomes the highest-ranking BTS solo song of 2020.

Filter recently reached its new peak in the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart by making it to the top spot. Filter was able to chart 30 weeks and became the highest-charting solo song from BTS's fourth Korean album, Map Of The Soul: 7.

Filter Is Taking The Limelight Once Again

Once again, the solo song of BTS Jimin dominated the K-pop music charts. Genius Korea revealed that Filter came out to be the highest-ranking BTS solo song of 2020.

On Twitter, Genius Korea released its #GeniusCharts. The 2020 Top 5 songs of the most prominent K-pop groups were published, among others. The best boy group in the world and the Grammy-nominated group - BTS, was also ranked by the account.

As divulged by Genius, Dynamite ranked first among the songs of BTS. Following the full English track are ON, Life Goes On, Black and Swan. Rounding up the top 5 songs by BTS of 2020 is the solo song of Jimin, Filter.

The Unpromoted Track Making Waves On Charts

It is quite impressive that despite the song Filter is an unpromoted B-side track; it did not just make it to the list of most popular songs in Korea. Also, it ranked the highest among all other BTS's solo songs.

More to the announcement of Genius, Filter was able to make it on the list of the #20 most popular among all K-pop songs in 2020 in Genius Korea. The song, as divulged by the account, follows Jimin's exploration of character and identity.

According to Allkpop, Genius is the world's biggest collection of song lyrics and musical knowledge, providing interpretation and annotations of song lyrics, news stories, poetry, sources, and documents.

For certain tracks, Spotify is currently displaying lyrics from Genius, and it allows users to watch annotated lyrics by Genius for songs while people listen to them on Spotify.
