It seems that our BTS idols always have a heart for education. After Jimin launched his scholarship program titled BTS Jimin Scholarship, V and his Vietnamese fans provided scholarships for students in need.

It can be recalled last year, to commemorate the 24th birthday of K-pop superstar Kim Taehyung aka V of BTS, his Vietnam fans donated funds in his name to open a school.

A celebration to help the poor

Last year, these Vietnamese fans of Taehyung established two classrooms by donating $9922 as a way of celebrating his birthday. This was for the inadequate children in the province of Điện Biên. In February 2019, the classroom project was finally carried out.

The project "Together with Taehyung lighting up the dream to school" after more than four months of implementation was officially completed. And on May 5, 2019, the school with two classrooms and one public room was opened.

Sharing hope to others for his 25 years of existence

The fans of BTS's V ever since December began have been in a festive mood as he turns 25 on December 30. With the amazing characteristics of BTS V, his fans seem to have taken after him and are trying to spread his positive influence. They have helped the less fortunate, radiating the compassionate and benevolent attitude of Taehyung.

An SOS Shelter where orphans and displaced children are nurtured has received 1230 notebooks and 1,230,000 Vietnamese Dong (55 USD) in cash as a donation from V's Vietnamese fanbase.

Simultaneously, the students studying at Le Quy Don Primary School were provided with ten scholarships worth 3,012,000 VND (130 USD). The students who were recipients of the scholarship are said to have faced difficult circumstances in their lives.

The uttered words from the fans of Taehyung is indeed valid, "Like idol, like fans. It is such a good to know how V and his fans make this world a better place to live in as they continue these generous acts.
