The South Korean all-girl group from YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK, starred in a very knowledge-full video where the quartet promoted the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference UK 2021.

Allkpop stated on December 9 (Wednesday) that the K-pop quartet promotes the next year's scheduled UN Climate Change Conference UK. The video placed above hails Lisa, Jennie, Rose, and Jisoo as the event's face, as the band calls all BLINKS to lend a supporting hand in fighting against climate change causes in their respective areas.
The "BLACKPINK In Your Are" was utilized by the conference, using it as a tagline, not just for entertainment purposes, but also for mother earth.
The two-minute video was uploaded on BLACKPINK's official Youtube channel on the same day it was reported by the K-pop dedicated news site. Moreover, the video sees the Lovesick Girls singers and rappers promoting the upcoming UN conference in Scotland.
The video starts with the music of DDU-DU-DU DDU-DU-DU, in a BLACKPINK square form. The figure exploded, showing the band's concert happenings, then turned the focus to their speeches.
"Hi, this is BLACKPINK," the ladies said. Jennie first spoke, followed by Rose. The two members spoke in English, while Jisoo spoke in Korean, following Jennie's second turn. Lisa came last, with her explaining the massive loss of natural habitats since 1997.

The UN Climate Change Conference UK 2021 is also known as COP26i. It will be held in Glasgow, Scotland, from November 1 to November 12, 2021.
According to the event's official website, the conference follows the theme "Uniting The World To Tackle Climate Change." World leaders will attend the conference, as it united parties to aim the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
