BTS Is Atop On Billboard's World Albums Chart: BLACKPINK, TXT, & NCT
Undoubtedly, BTS is celebrating as they got a whopping rank on the World Albums chart of Billboard. Not only one, but with seven albums on the list!
In a report by Pinkvilla, Billboard dropped the official list of its World Albums charts for the week that ends on December 12.
And as seen in the figures, the world's most phenomenal K-pop group's latest Korean-language album entitled BE is still sitting on the No. 1 spot for its second week.
Last week, it was announced that BE skyrocketed to the No. 1 spot, leading ARMYs worldwide to celebrate the idol's feat.
The No. 2 spot is coveted by another South Korean group from YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK, with THE ALBUM, spending nine weeks in the charts.
BTS owns the third spot with its Map of the Soul: 7 album on its 41st week.
Love Yourself: Answer of BTS then follows on the No. 4 spot on its soaring 119th week in the charts.
Another K-pop boy group NCT hails the No. 5 spot with RESONANCE Pt. 1, seating on charts for eight weeks.
Also under the umbrella of Big Hit Entertainment, TXT, comes at No. 6 with minisode1: Blue Hour, resting on the charts for five weeks already.
Furthermore, GOT7 debuted in the World Albums Chart at No. 7 with its latest album entry entitled Breath of Love: Last Piece.
BTS's Skool Luv Affair also made it to the charts at No. 8, spending its time in the charts for eight weeks now.
SuperM owns the No. 9 spot with its Super One album, resting on the charts for ten weeks. The No. 10 spot is owned by the SuperM member, Kai, with his solo self-titled debut album.
According to Soompi, to complete the seven spots owned by BTS in the charts, its albums Map of the Soul: Persona, Love Yourself Tour: Tear, and Love Yourself: Her takes its place on the No. 12, No. 13, and No. 15, respectively.
