Here Are The Top K-Pop Boy Group's Brand Reputation Rankings For July
The Korean Business Research Institute has reported their analysis for the brand reputation rankings of male idol groups for July.
The brand reputation ranking is an analysis of consumer participation, media presence (not necessarily popularity), interaction, and community indexes of 100 boy groups. Using the data from June 9 to July 10, the male idol group's standing is analyzed.
The institute has concluded that July's Top 5 boy idol groups in terms of brand value are BTS, Seventeen, EXO, NCT, and ASTRO.
BTS remains unshaken at the first rank with the brand reputation index of 9, 596, 339, with a 12.07 percent increase in their score since June. The seven-member group has been enjoying the top spot for 26 consecutive months already.
High-ranking phrases in the group's keyword analysis include "Billboard,"
"YouTube," and "Album," while their highest-ranking related terms added "record," "surpass," and "participate." BTS' positivity-negativity report revealed a score of 80.13 percent positive reactions, as per Soompi.
SEVENTEEN leaps to the second rank this month with the total index of 3, 658, 069. The group savors the 71.52 percent increase in its brand reputation index since June.
According to Allkpop, SEVENTEEN is now affiliated with BTS after Big Hit Entertainment's recent acquisition of Pledis Entertainment. In March, the group joined Weverse, a global fan community platform developed and operated by Big Hit's subsidiary, beNX.
EXO nailed themselves on the third spot with the brand reputation index of 2, 524, 362, followed by NCT on the fourth spot with a brand reputation of 2,082,422, while on the fifth rank is ASTRO with 1, 897, 804 total points.
From 6th to 10th place are, in order: ONF, NU'EST, Super Junior, SF9, and SHINee.
