Former KARA's Jiyoung Talks About Her Father Testifying On Court For Goo Hara's Brother
Kang Jiyoung, a previous KARA member who now turned actress, managed to open up as she sat down in a recent conversation about why her father would give testimony about the inheritance for Goo Hara 's brother court battle with their mother, Koreaboo reported.
She initially started opening about missing and losing Goo Hara, but she hoped it went well with her dad's help.
"I am saddened by all of this. I am sorry too. But most relevantly, I understand that members of her family are going through a more challenging moment than I am, so I'm attempting to help them as best I can. I hope it will fix the problem effectively." - Kang Jiyoung.
Kang Jiyoung's dad, who had seen KARA rise from aspiring idols to world-famous celebrities, agreed to testify for Goo Hara's brother. Kang Jiyoung explains why her father had stepped in to help in the court dispute of her brother and wishes that it will all turn out well.
"As my father has been watching [Hara] grow when she was small, I actually believe he tried to support her.
He was indeed really concerned about it up until the moment he wanted to take part. Yet he is delighted to be able to contribute. We can't say for sure what the outcome would be, but we think the circumstances immediately prior to that are very important. We hope that other people will reflect on the situation with my dad's statements and help address the problem effectively." - Kang Jiyoung.
As reported by Koreaboo, in 2008, Hara and Jiyoung teamed up as they joined the girl band KARA. The group was propelled to international fame soon after their new lineup.
Hara and Jiyoung had been together since rookie days. While Hara may not be with us anymore, Jiyoung and her relatives hope that her demise would not be wasted.
