Kang Daniel And TWICE's Jihyo Revealed To Have Officially Ended Their Relationship
Kang Daniel and TWICE's Jihyo shocked the entire fandom and the entire industry as exclusive reports broke out that the two have already broken up. Jihyo's label, JYP Entertainment, has also confirmed the news soon after.
On November 10, Tuesday, Korea JoongAng Daily reported that JYP Entertainment verified the news that TWICE's Jihyo and Kang Daniel have officially parted ways. This led to both fandoms' surprise. Despite the heartbreak from hearing the news, fans from both parties have wished the idols well for their future endeavors.
According to Koreaboo, the two have decided to formally end their 1 year and 3-month relationship as they have been getting too much occupied from work commitments. Due to this, Jihyo and Kang Daniel concluded that they would concentrate on their careers and promotional activities.
Meanwhile, Kang Daniel's managing label has yet to confirm the news. The agency said they would be releasing a statement once they get in touch with the young K-pop idol.
As several K-pop news outlets confirm and report the break-up news of Jihyo and Kang Daniel, some fans who supported the relationship are devastated and heartbroken. Some fans took it to social media to express how they long for Jihyo and Kang Daniel to make up and fix the issues that made them separate.
With TWICE's recent comeback, public appearance guesting, promotional activities, and Kang Daniel's brand commitments, the two are unlikely to spend time together. However, some fans hope Jihyo and Kang Daniel are satisfied with their decision and move on with their career goals.
Both Jihyo and Kang Daniel met each other through a mutual friend who introduced them to one another. Following their first encounter, Jihyo and Kang Daniel confirmed their relationship to the public last August 2019.
