UP10TION’s Kim Woo Seok Shares His Experience For The First Time In Acting
UP10TION’s Kim Woo Seok talked about the experience of his first time acting!
The artist recently appeared in an interview with Sports Seoul, where he shared his first time acting in a drama entitled Twenty Twenty, which already ended.
Twenty Twenty is a romance drama about six 20-year-old young people dealing with difficult questions about their adulthood, filmed by the creators of the famous ‘A TEEN’ series. Kim Woo Seok will portray his first-ever acting role as Lee Hyun Jin, one of the male lead cast whose parents always focused on work than family.
During the interview, Kim Woo Seok said that after wrapping up the drama, there is always in his mind a lingering feeling of “I could have done better.” He also expressed his gratitude towards the fans for showing a lot of interest in his first acting role. He gained from the support his fans extended and that he was able to grow even more fond with an excellent project like Twenty Twenty.
Kim Woo Seok also shared that while preparing for his first solo album, there came the idea of trying ato act in a drama. So, he asked the agency about the film and received its synopsis. He liked Twenty Twenty so well because he felt more similarities between the 20-year old Hyun Jin and Kim Woo Seok of the same age.
He added that he likes to be busy and interested in doing different activities, like acting. The artist commented that he felt glad as he felt Twenty Twenty is a good start for his acting career.
When asked about future activities, he responded about wanting to appear in a show with kids because he loves children; he thought it a great work.
To end the interview, Kim Woo Seok expressed his gratitude towards his fans, “Nya Nya” ( a nickname for his official fandom Nia). He was hoping to see them personally, and when that day comes, he wanted to say that he missed them.
