BTS recognized once again in Japan
According to the K-pop dedicated news site report, Soompi, the world's most phenomenal K-pop group BTS left the organizing committee of the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards Japan with Dynamite.
The K-pop septet has won the Best Group Video at the recently concluded awards show for Dynamite's fun-filled and colorful music video. Having that said, BTS has surpassed and left other nominees, proving its dominance in the country's music scene.
BTS's impressive feat has charmed the beloved ARMYs from across the globe, sparking an online celebration to uplift the new note of their idols. The milestone comes in handy as the group took over the chance of other international music videos nominated in the same category.
In particular, the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards crowned BTS the coveted award on October 30 (Friday).
As per Allkpop, the Boy With Luv singers and rappers bagged the same award in 2018 for Fake Love's music video, directed by the Lumpens' YongSeok Choi.
Meanwhile, a live ceremony of the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards will be aired this coming November 29, with BTS's Dynamite still running towards owning the same category's overall award. Online voting is also up running on VMAs Japan's official website.
