TWICE Drops ‘I Can’t Stop Me’ MV & ONCEs Are Loving It
On October 26, 2020, at 6 PM KST, K-pop girl group TWICE has released their comeback single music video “I Can’t Stop Me” from their second album “Eyes Wide Open.”
With the release of “I Can’t Stop Me,” ONCEs were delighted with the result of TWICE’s comeback album. The fans flooded Twitter with praises and support for the girl group as the premiere overjoyed them.
One fan wrote on the social media platform as the netizen is overwhelmed with the visuals, the outfits, lights, background, which everything made perfect for the “I Can’t Stop Me” music video.
Another ONCE wrote on Twitter saying, “Please keep streaming Once. This is the least we can do for our girls xoxo,” while a fan praised the various detailed masterpiece of the music video’s background.
Meanwhile, TWICE unveiled the meaning of their second full-length album “Eyes Wide Open” in an interview. Sana commented that “Eyes Wide Open” is a new concept for the group. She added that they were excited to release their performances after receiving much positive feedback from their teaser photos.
Also, Jihyo continued that TWICE has grown a lot as artists since their first album debut in 2017. She added, “We’ve released many albums, done concerts, and learned a lot while experiencing a variety of things as singers. TWICE’s growth has no limit!”
Besides that, TWICE held an online event, where the members looked back on the special times they have spent with each other. The two-hour broadcast also had a photoshoot, recorded video content, and wrote a personal message for ONCE.
On the live broadcast, TWICE performed the song “Jaljayo Good Night,” which was a final track from their 2017 album “Twicetagram.” Then, the girl group brought another live performance surprise by unveiling a brand new single “Say Something” for their upcoming album “Eyes Wide Open.”
