K-pop Fans Remember Late Sulli On Her First Death Anniversary
On October 14, 2019, the K-pop industry was stunned by the news of Sulli’s tragic death. And a year after the catastrophic event, fans of the late f(x) member remember their idol in numerous tributes.
A year since Sulli left
Today marks one year since the passing of Sulli. She was found and pronounced dead at her personal space in Gyeonggi province, at the young age of 25.
The saddening news of the former K-pop idol rocked the K-pop world, especially her fans. The tragic story left her former band members and family in extreme grief and shock as they lamented her death.
Until today, the beloved fans and dear Sulli friends in the industry still wish for the sweet human’s passing could not have happened. In commemoration and remembrance of Sulli’s life, fans stormed over social media channels to pay tribute to the singer and her death.
The majority of Sulli’s fans posted their gratefulness for their idol’s life as she has been a vast part of their lives. Since the singer joined the all-girl group f(x), she has been very interactive and sweet to her fans, alongside her band members.
Most of her fans posted, “I miss you,” “Times flies so past,” “Wish you were still alive,” and “It’s already one year. Time passes so fast.”

Sulli started in the showbiz industry in her childhood years. She first starred as a child actress in an SBS drama series in 2005.
Since then, she aspired to be a K-pop idol and soon got the chance to join and debut her singing career through f(x). She emerged as one of the group’s prominent members, especially with her singles titled Chu and Pinocchio.
Sulli also graced in numerous movies and K-drama series, including Real, Fashion King, To the Beautiful You, and special participation in Hotel del Luna.
