‘Zombie Detective’ Releases New Stills Of Choi Jin Hyuk’s Confrontation With Lee Ga Seop
New stills are now released ahead of the upcoming episode of KBS 2TV's Zombie Detective!
Zombie Detective is a new thriller comedy, also considered "human comedy." It is about a zombie who became a detective after his second year of resurrection, desperate enough searching the truth of his past. Starring Choi Jin Hyuk played the role of Kim Moo Young, a titular zombie for two years who does not have memories of his past and struggles to adapt to his new life and live with humans.
Another cast was Park Ju Hyun, portrayed as Gong Seon Ji, an investigative journalist with unrivaled optimism and a sense of justice and hired as a part-time assistant at Moo Young's agency. The two casts teamed up for solving the mysterious crimes.
An Almost Forgotten Memory
In the previous episode, Kim Moo Young started to use his possessions when reincarnated to find out more about his past. As the memory flitted across his mind, he realized that he was part of the kidnap and murder case. In the episode's ending, Oh Hyung Chul (played by Lee Ga Seop), as the witness, held Kim Moo Young's lighter and said, "You managed to stay alive." He could also be associated with Kim Moo Young's death and the unsolved murder case.
The Protruding Anguish
In the new stills released displays a tense confrontation between Kim Moo Young and Oh Young Chul. Kim Moo Young grabbed Oh Hyung Chul by the collar because of his intense anger towards him. In another clip shows the zombie leaned back, letting out a scream into the pouring rain.
Through his conversation with Oh Hyung Chul, Kim Moo Young is getting closer to the answers regarding his mysterious past. Viewers were curious about Kim Moo Young's real identity and how he will figure out his mysterious past.
Zombie Detective's new episode airs today, October 12, at 9:30 p.m. KST.
