Mnet's first reality show, "NCT WORLD 2.0," starring all 23 members, including two new members Shotaro and Sungchan, has now released its first trailer!

OSEN reported on September 24 that NCT would be launching a reality show of their own called "NCT WORLD 2.0" on Mnet. According to sources, the show will be based on a multiverse concept that features multiple dimensions.

The Amusing And Full Of Thrill Show

An enormous set with cubes stacked onto each other comes into view as the teaser begins. This structure is representing a multiverse that contains the years 2016 through 2020. Each member aiming to go through a set number of challenges occupies space and is trapped within the symbolic time frame.

From that point, the video reveals various members are reacting to their given challenges. Building in the scene is an air of suspense as it is unclear whether the members will succeed in making it out. Lucas seems to give up in the end and says, "Let's just stay here until tomorrow, everyone!"

Mnet's variety show, "NCT WORLD 2.0," will be premiering on October 15 at 7:50 p.m. KST with eight episodes.

Shotaro And Sungchan: NCT's New Members

Rounding up the 23 members of NCT 2020 are the new members Shotaro and Sungchan. They will be added to the 21 members of NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV that will be launched in the future.

During the NCT broadcast in September, the members welcomed Shotaro and Sungchan to the stage and began looking at their self-written profiles.

Sungchan is the same age as Chenle. He was born in 2001 and is 19 years old. He shared that he loves exercising, gaming, and watching cute puppy videos during the live broadcast. His hobbies include playing soccer and creating rap songs as his specialties.

He further shared that he is a bit clumsy and tends to lose things often and spill food. And when asked about his most charming traits, he then chose his tall height, eyes, and unusual personality.

Shotaro was born in 2000, and he's same-age friends with Haechan. Shotaro revealed that his hobby is watching mukbang [eating broadcast], and his specialties are dancing and basketball.

The new idol described himself as having a soft personality, and his eye smile is his most charming trait.

The NCT 2020 Project

The new full album "NCT 2020: RESONANCE Pt. 1" will be released on October 12, and the "NCT 2020: RESONANCE Pt. 2" will be released after.

Regarding the new title track of "NCT 2020: RESONANCE Pt. 1," the members described it as a pop-dance track based on the hip hop genre. They mentioned that the song would have catchy whistling parts.

Scheduled to release in November, NCT introduced "NCT 2020: RESONANCE Pt. 2." The members emphasize that the November release will be mysterious, saying that "Everything is a secret."
