Check Out BTS Jin’s Hilarious Weverse Translations Replies To ARMY’s Post
BTS Jin has been branded as "The King of Clapbacks" in the Weverse community, where he replies to fans' comments in a sassy way. However, the auto-translations has often failed to condone what the "Mr. Worldwid Hansome" meant for English speakers.
With that said, here are times Jin's comments were wrongfully translated to English in the Weverse Application.
1. An Accidental Cursing Moment
An ARMY wrote: "I remember them saying. It's annoying that only one man like Jeon Jungkook exists in this world, but if there were many Jeon Jungkook in this world, it wouldn't make sense either."
Jin replied, "Where on earth did this saying come from," which the Weverse auto-translation translated it with, "where the hell did you come from."
2. Be Handsome
One fan asked Jin why their friends laugh at Jin's Dad Jokes but never theirs, to which the BTS member replied: "That's because their face must be good-looking."
The Weverse Application took it up to a notch by translating, "Dad Jokes don't work unless you're handsome."
3. Exercise Your Silence
One fan requested Jin to jokingly slap the netizen with his pretty hands, to which the BTS member replied with, "You can exercise your right hand to remain silent."
But, Weverse had other ideas by saying, "You can exercise your silence."
4. ‘King Of Puns’
When a fan posted on Weverse and made a pun using the periodic table of elements to Jin: "Yoongi Oppa, Beryllium (Be), Gold (Au), Titanium (Ti), you're (full) of these, right..?" Jin was not ready to give his crown yet, so the BTS member disapproved, saying do not joke like that.
But Weverse took it to a whole other level, translating: "Don't joke anywhere."
5. Got Schooled
An ARMY stated that "Even when Seokjin tells me 1+1=3, I'll believe him." Jin replied, "By any chance, what is your highest level of education?"
But Weverse was more direct: "Do you have any final education?"
6. Jin’s Not Dead Yet
Jin's witty comments on Weverse can not be tamed as the BTS member has always had a reply for ARMY's to make their day. A fan wrote, "Hul…Oppa, are you okay?? Didn't it hurt?? an angel fell from heaven…"
Jin replied, "I'm not dead yet. Why are you sending me to heaven?"
