Han So Hee and Song Kang Team Up For A New Romance Drama
Han So Hee and Song Kang had high potentials for teaming up in a new romance drama based on webtoon!
The upcoming romance drama “I Know But” (literal title) is about a woman named Na Bi that does not believe in love but still wanted to be in a relationship. And a man named Jae Eon, who wants to flirt but thinks a relationship is just bothersome. The new upcoming romance drama is based on a webtoon.
The drama is directed by Kim Ga Ram, who also helmed dramas like “Devilish Joy,” Vampire Detective,” and “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency.” Along with Jun Won, who penned the script and also wrote the web drama “Dating Class.”
Song Kang’s agency Namoo Actors, told Newsen on September 25 that it is one of the projects offer that Song Kang received. In the meantime, he is currently considering it.
On the other hand, Han So Hee’s agency 9Ato Entertainment also commented that Han So Hee received a casting offer and is still considering it. There is no final decision made yet.
The talks are reportedly still ongoing for the drama to air on JTBC sometime in the first half of next year.
Through the drama “Reunited Worlds, Han So Hee debuted in 2017 before moving on acting in “Money Flower” later that year. She also appeared in dramas such as “100 Days My Prince,” supporting role in “Abyss,” and many more. Her breakthrough year was this year 2020, when she starred in the widespread, smash- hit and record-breaking drama “The World of the Married,” where she gained wide recognition after portraying as the main character Yeo Da-Kyun.
However, Song Kang made his television debut in 2017 through the drama “The Liar and His Lover.” He also went to appear in other movies such as “Man Who Sets the Table,” “Love Alarm,” “When the Devil Calls Your Name” (2019), and many more.
Han So Hee In 'Undercover'
Han So Hee will also be appearing in a New Netflix original series titled "Undercover." She will be starring as Yoon Ji Woo, the member of the organized crime ring who goes undercover as a police officer and harbors cold revenge in her heart.
“Undercover,” per Soompi, is about a woman who joins an organized crime ring and infiltrates the police as an undercover agent in order to find out the truth about her father’s death.
