OCN's upcoming military thriller drama "Search" released new stills of Jang Dong Yoon.
"Search" is a thriller military drama about a specialized group of people who sets out in a search party in uncovering the mystery of DMZ. They are working to know the mysterious disappearances and murders in the demilitarized zone (DMZ).
Jang Dong Yoon plays the role of Yong Dong Jin. He is a passionate and optimistic young soldier who works as a military dog handler. He has a short time left before his mandatory military service will end, and Yong Dong Jin, with his remaining days, is assigned to the search party.
Soldiers with only a few days left in the camp for mandatory military service often loose their ends. In the stills, Yong Dong-Jin looks so relaxed. He enjoys his time playing basketball and bonded with his fellow soldiers. They even had time talking and having ramyun.
In another photo, it showed that Yong Dong Jin is working with his dog. His calm attitude shows his status as a mature soldier of high rank, and he worries about nothing until his discharge.
Previously, photos of Jang Dong Yoon were revealed, showing his youthful image disappearing, and he turns into a challenging and charismatic Seargent. Seargent Yong Don Jin has the most crucial part in taking down the search team's target and necessary task.
The scout dog and Yong Dong Jin as the handler also have the most important relationship. Jang Dong-Jin underwent dog handling at the training center almost every day.
He ultimately achieved the character's look and also acquired the fundamental skills. The actor used real-life experiences in his acting. Although it was hard for him while wearing a helmet, rifle, and gear while filming, he perfected his performance in portraying his character Yong Dong Jin.
