Weeekly Shouts 'We Can!' For Its First Comeback
A few months after the release of the Weeekly’s enlivening debut entitled Tag Me, the South Korean all-girl group Weeekly allowed their fans to take a peek on what they have in store for their comeback. Having that said, a new teaser was revealed by the group through their social media accounts, marking the start of their domination.
Furthermore, the new teaser posted on their social media accounts reveals that Weeekly is slated to share more of their plans up their knitted sleeves.
In a report by Hellokpop, a representative from Weekly’s home management and recording label, Play M Entertainment, confirmed that their newest girl group consisting of seven members would put on a superb show for their comeback.
“The group has been engaged in high-speed comeback activities for about three months,” the representative blurted out, pointing out to Weeekly’s slated comeback this coming October through their sophomore extended play entry.
Following the vast announcement, the rookie girl group shared the title of their forthcoming extended play on September 20. The reveal comes in a radiating purple teaser poster that is styled with vivid and bright artwork.
Moreover, the teaser gives prominence to the extended play entitled We Can, defining the delightful comeback of Jiyoon, Soojin, Soeun, Monday, Jihan, Jaehee, and Zoa for October 13.
Before any of these, Weeekly made known their debut album entitled We Are. Undoubtedly, the immediate follow up of the said album comes only a few months after because the demand of the fans was sizzling hot.
Additionally, We Are earned the cumulative sales of 20,000, making Weeekly the highest-selling rookie girl group in 2020 so far!
The lead single of the album titled Tag Me was known as the band’s finest as its music video earned 10 million views in just a week.
