Kpop is already ten years on Twitter! And to celebrate, the social media site has revealed exciting data!

As reported by Allkpop, Twitter Data, on September 21, has brought a comprehensive view of the ever-growing #KpopTwitter community. The data analyzed by Twitter are this year's most-mentioned K-Pop artists, the most-mentioned K-Pop songs, the most-enthusiastic K-Pop communities by country, and more for the year 2020!

In a Twitter report, the K-pop Twitter statistics have recorded 6.1 billion K-pop related tweets in the past year.

First up, through the partnership with "Kpop Radar," an analysis of the most mentioned artist of the past year per different countries is revealed in the #KpopTwitter 2020 World Map. Between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2020, the countries most prominently tweeting about K-pop include South Korea, the United States, Canada, Japan, Thailand, and more.

The first method to determine the top 20 markets is to use the number of unique K-pop fan users on Twitter, while the second method uses the total number of K-pop-related tweets.

In most regions except Thailand, BTS was the artist who is most-talked while GOT7 took the top spot. Here are the top 5 mentioned artists in each vital country here:

Twitter and K-pop Radar worked together in analyzing tweets in 20 countries from July 1, 2019, until June 30, 2020, and here are their findings below.
