Check Out: All The Times When BTS Became Serious When It Came To The Brands They Are Promoting
BTS is well-known to personally choose the brands that the members would most likely use daily, as to the norm of just promoting the brand just for its sake.
Other brands are dying to have the chance to work with them as the group also has a massive impact on the market when they see BTS using or consuming such brands. With that said, here are moments when the group was serious about promoting their products.
Samsung Phones
BTS has been partners with Samsung for some time now as members Jin and Jungkook have shot their latest commercial with the tech giant featuring their new flagship phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 20.
The group is also known to openly use and promote their Samsung phones through their social media accounts and reality shows. An example of this is their nature-themed reality show "In The Soop," where RM's phone was left outside in the rain, and viewers can hear him say, "It's not broken, thank goodness. What a good phone Galaxy is."
BTS Suga Candidly Promoting Brands
The multi-talented Suga is one of the most low-key members in promoting the group's brands. In an episode of "In the Soop," the rapper is seen coming onto his room, saying, "My eyes are foggy, I need Chung Kwan Jang," then looking at a camera and smiling while holding the product in hand.
In another episode of "In the Soop," Suga is seen at the kitchen and making his own filtered coffee while sipping a cold brew with it. After he tasted the coffee, he then looked at the camera and smiled, as if it was a commercial for a TV Advertisement of some sort.
Another stun of Suga is he always has something good to say about Hyundai Cars as they are models for the car manufacturing company. In a video posted on Twitter by a fan, Suga is seen with Jin standing atop the car, to which Jin questioned, "It won't break if I stand on top of it, will it?" then Suga replied, "Hyundai is not that weak."
Promoting A Samsung Refrigerator In A Natural Way
In a clip of "In the Soop," BTS J-Hope, Jungkook, and Jimin are amazed by the Samsung Refrigerator, to which the guys exchanged conversations about how nice the fridge is from Samsung and that they are taking it with them when they get home.
Creating Their Own Commercials Out Of The Blue
Recently, BTS has become the models for the drink Chilsung Cider, and the glass was available to them in the nature-themed reality show "In the Soop," to which the guys are seen acting out a commercial scene with the drink.
In the scene, each group member is shown saying the drink's brand name, then afterward, they took a sip of the beverage.
