f(x) member Amber had something to say to haters on the internet about her being compared to BLACKPINK member Lisa for their rapping skills.

Shortly after Koreaboo's article on idols rappers with vocal skills was shared on Twitter, one of BLACKPINK's Lisa fans left a negative comment towards f(x) member Amber. To everybody's surprise, Amber wrote a tweet about the statement.

While both artists had made it to the list for their rapping skills, one reader was not happy about the results. In the (deleted) tweet, the BLACKPINK fan wrote, "they put Lisa on the same list as amber Lui, disrespectful."

Later on, Amber took the tweet to her own hands and posted a comeback to the BLACKPINK fan. Instead of speaking negatively to the hater, the f(x) member took to a more mature approach in dealing with the fan.

Amber Lui stated that she agrees with the BLACKPINK fan, sharing that she also sees Lisa as "an amazing rapper and performer." The f(x) member also confessed that she never considered herself as a rapper, to begin with, because she was trained as a singer under SM Entertainment before given the position to be the rapper of the girl group.

Amber added that she did what she could to be as good as a rapper because of her position in f(x). Despite being forced to be a rapper, Amber was praised by her rapping skills, energy, and flow. And finally, the f(x) member ended her statement by saying, "In the end, stan BLACKPINK."

Shortly after, netizens began to praise Amber's response after dealing with hate from a BLACKPINK fan and disdain for those who post hateful messages towards idols. One netizen shared their support for Amber in the comments, posting her roles for the girl group as their singer, rapper, songwriter, dancer, etc.

However, the kind words did not just come from f(x) fans, but also from BLACKPINK's fans, calling out other BLINKs to stop the negative comments about other K-pop groups in the music industry. BLINKs are apologizing to Amber on behalf of other BLACKPINK fans for their malicious behavior.
