Watch: ‘Love Revolution’ Cast Shares Behind-The-Scene Video Clips
“Love Revolution,” a Kakao M’s original drama, released a behind-the-scenes look of the cast in a new video!
Adapted from a popular webtoon to a web drama, “Love Revolution” tells the story about love and friendship between high school students. Park Ji Hoon, who plays Gong Ju Young, a 17-year old high school student, fell in love at first sight with Wang Ja Rim (played by Lee Ruby. The drama also stars The Boyz’s Younghoon, Jung Da Eun, Ko Chan Bin, WJSN’s Dayoung, and Ahn Do Gyu.
The video clip started with Park Ji Hoon and Lee Ruby in the park before filming a scene in the rain. As Park Ji Hoon playfully jumps over a small river, Lee Ruby jokingly said that he might fall over after jumping. He then helped her cross the river by extending an umbrella to grab her. While filming, Park Ji Hoon passionately throws off an umbrella as Lee Ruby storms off. They also filmed in which Park Ji Hoon gently drapes a jacket over Lee Ruby’s shoulder.
In another clip, Lee Ruby hits Park Ji Hoon’s guitar. It falls on the floor, making it broken. Later on, Younghoon checked on the guitar and thought it was not supposed to fall to pieces during the shooting. He then approached Park Ji Hoon with a surprised expression asking if the guitar was good and okay.
Another part of the video displayed Park Ji Hoon and Lee Ruby, checking scenes they just finished filming. Another clip followed where Dayoung raised her fists at Younghoon in preparation for their fight scene. Younghoon teased her as he imitates the way she throws her fists at him. Dayoung nearly fell over with laughter at his portrayal.
The video ended up with a special appearance of Yoo Byung Jae, who portrayed as a school nurse in the drama. Previewing on a comedic scene where he diagnosed Park Ji Hoon’s character with a case of “pulling my leg.” Yoo Byung Jae commented that they sprayed on her hair to make it darker, usually colored blond.
