Taemin Tops Music Charts Upon The Release of 'Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1'
27-year-old K-pop idol Lee Tae-min, best known as Taemin of the all-boy band SHINee, just released his newest album entry, and also his third, entitled ‘Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1’ on September 7 (Monday). The singer0dance once again proved his glorious populace by dominating various music charts in only a few hours since his album’s launch.
As per Hellokpop, ‘Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1’ finishes at the first spot on iTunes’ Top Album Chart in over 20 regions from across the globe. The fantastic achievement of Taemin gives prominence to his massive popularity and international fanbase, highlighting his spot as one of today’s top K-pop soloist.
Furthermore, the ‘2 KIDS’ singer topped the country’s music charts such as Yes24, HOTTRACKS, and the renowned Hanteo charts. Taemin was also at the top rank on QQ Music’s digital album sales chart, one of China’s most prominent music site. Additionally, the idol recorded as the leading candidate on Japan’s Line Music Album Top 100 Chart.
Taemin’s newest album ‘Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1’ bottles up its title track called ‘Criminal,’ where it reached its massive success on primary music charts, including Genie, Bugs, and Vibe. Indeed, Taemin proved his popularity as a K-pop idol.
The SHINee member dropped a sophisticated jampacked album with the sum of nine music pieces that captivated his fans’ hearts. The tracks comprise some of the idol’s previous songs such as the Korean version of his Japanese single called ‘Famous,’ and the pre-released single titled ‘2 KIDS.’
