Lee Dong Wook And Jo Bo Ah Shares Captivating First Encounter In The ‘Tale Of The Nine-Tailed’
Lee Dong Wook and Jo Bo Ah unveils their first encounter in the new stills released by tvN’s upcoming drama “Tale of the Nine-Tailed”!
tvN’s upcoming drama “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” is an “urban fantasy drama” that features the story of the mythical nine-tailed fox, a male gumiho named Yi Yeon (played by Lee Dong Wook) who just settled in the city. Also, starring is the fearless and talented producing director (PD) Nam Ji Ah (plated by Jo Bo Ah), determined to capture the gumiho.
Lee Dong Wook will play as the gumiho Yi Yeon, who now resides in the city that once ruled as a living god of the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range. He travels between his world and the underworld while being a judge who penalizes monsters disturbing the living world. But because of the unusual and rare scandal, working at the immigration office for 600 years.
On the other hand, Jo Bo ah, who portrays as PD Nam JI Ah, runs a program about supernatural entities. She was a competitive person behind her innocent face. She was also searching for her parents, who went missing after a strange traffic accident 21 years ago.
The newly issued stills display Yi Yeon and Nam Ji Ah’s first meeting. As Yi Yeon crosses the room in long strides, he stands out wearing an impeccable black suit with expressions unreadable.
Nam Ji Ah spotted Yi Yeon straight away despite being surrounded by a thick crowd. But she seems unimpressed by his presence as she watched him with suspicious eyes rather than captivated by his special aura or admiring his good looks.
The production team shared that the two, Lee Dong Wook and Jo Bo Ah are masters of details. They do not miss any change or even the slightest emotional changes.
“Tale of the Nine-Tailed” will premiere on October 7 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
