'Lie After Lie' Sees Viewership Ratings For 2nd Episode + 'Missing: The Other Side' and 'Alice' Hits Highest Ratings Yet
Rising from its humble beginnings is Channel A’s new drama series, “Lie After Lie.”
On September 5, the second episode of the suspense drama “Lie After Lie,” starring Lee Yoo Ri and Yeon Jung Hoon, has doubled its viewership ratings. According to AGB Nielsen Media Research of South Korea, the second episode of “Lie After Lie” has scored an average of 2.6 percent for the nationwide rating, a significantly high jump compared to the premiere the night before.
Meanwhile, the OCN’s mystery fantasy drama “Missing: The Other Side,” starring Go Soo and Ahn So Hee, has also been enjoying the rise in viewership with each episode that they have released. The drama scored a 3.0 percent of its nationwide rating and a 3.6 percent peak. This percentage marks the highest ratings up to date.
On the other hand, the ongoing drama “Missing: The Other Side” also scored an average of 2.4 percent on the nationwide ratings and a peak of 2.8 percent. The data shows that the drama has performed well with the key demographic of viewers are ranging from 25 years old to 49 years old.
Continuing, "Alice," the science-fiction action thriller drama, achieved its highest rating since its first episode. Their fourth episode scored an average of 8.7 percent on nationwide ratings and 10.6 for the two parts of the drama, setting a new personal record.
Staying strong on its scoring is tvN’s “Forest of Secrets 2.” The drama scored an average rating of 6.4 percent and 7.4 percent of the peak. Viewers from ages 20 years old to 40 years old partake with the drama in doing well. The average score rating is 3.4 percent and a rise of 3.8 percent nationwide.
Finally, JTBC’s “Graceful Friends” and KBS’s 2TV Drama “Once Again” continued to reign in as the most-watched weekend drama. “Once Again” scored 27.4 percent for the average nationwide ratings and 32.6 percent for its two parts. (Via Soompi)
