Yoon Shi Yoon To Play Dual Roles In A Parallel Universe Mystery Drama
Yoon Shi Yoon gears up for his upcoming suspense drama ‘Train’!
‘Train’ is a sci-fi thriller that tells the story of a man who lost his loved one to a serial killer, he crosses two dimensions to unravel the mystery of his loved one’s death.
Yoon Shi Yoon stars as Seo Do Won, a police officer on the path of atonement for his father’s crimes in one universe and a police officer who has chosen the path of corruption in the other universe.
Starring along Yoon Shi Yoon is Kyung Soo Jin as Han Seo Kyung, an honest, straight-talking prosecutor in one universe and a cold, emotionless detective in the parallel universe.
The main cast is completed by Shin So Yul as she plays Seo Do Won’s adorable sidekick with a friendship that stems from when they were young.
The production team and the casts have already started filming for the drama. OCN recently released some stills from the drama where the tension between the characters is evident.
The casts expressed their thoughts on their relationship with the other casts and the atmosphere in the set during filming in Soompi’s report.
Yoon Shi Yoon said, “I think the actors and staff members work well together. On set, we can be really cheerful when we want to be, and when we get serious, we are able to immerse ourselves very seriously in the acting.”
Kyung Soo Jin also talked about working with Yoon Shi Yoon. She said, “As I act alongside Yoon Shi Yoon, I feel that I have a lot to learn from him. I think the level of concentration on set is the best because of that.”
The production team of ‘Train’ also commented, “Everyone on set held their breaths and looked on with awe at Yoon Shi Yoon’s outstanding interpretation and expression of his character. Viewers will be unable to take their eyes off of the action scenes in which Yoon Shi Yoon’s charisma is completely overflowing in.”
They also added, “We are trying to transform acting that has never been seen before in Train. It is where Yoon Shi Yoon, Kyung Soo Jin, and Shin So Yul with colorful charms will show unique views.”
‘Train’ is set to premiere on July 11 at 10:30 pm KST!
