Golden Child Signals Return With The Release Of 'One (Lucid Dream)' MV
Golden Child returns for the final leg of their ongoing single trilogy. The boy group just dropped the music video for ‘One (Lucid Dream)’ on June 23, 12 am KST. It was released a few hours earlier than the official release of the new album.
Like the previous tracks of the trilogy, Wannabe and Without You, One (Lucid Dream) was also composed by Woollim in-house producer BLSSD. One (Lucid Dream) is included in Golden Child’s 4th mini-album ‘Take a Leap’ that will be officially released today, June 23 at 6 pm KST.
The rookie boy group stuns the viewers of their growth and maturity in this comeback. It is evident in their music video that they were not the same as before and that they have worked hard enough for their return.
Golden Child recently participated in the survival reality show ‘Road to Kingdom’ where 7 boy groups with potential, but are mostly unknown to many, battle each other for a spot in the upcoming show Kingdom.
Sadly, Golden Child was the first group to be eliminated from the show.
The members of the group became emotional after their elimination, more so when group leader Daeyeol said,“It’s very disappointing, but I want to tell the members that they did a good job,” before shedding tears of his own.
The group also had the viewers crying with them as most were disappointed with the outcome of the elimination.
Daeyeol also added, “We’re a group that’s really passionate and does a good job, and we’re going to keep paying everyone back for their love with great performances. We’ll be grateful if you look forward to our future performances. We’ll work hard.”
True to their words, Golden Child just proved that they have upgraded based on the edgy and beautiful music video that was just released.
