Suzy And Nam Joo Hyuk And More Are Challenge-Ready In 'Start-Up' Poster
tvN's "Start-Up" releases a peek of its main characters!
"Start-Up" seems to be like one of the most anticipated dramas of 2020. It sets in South Korea's fictional Silicon Valley named Sandbox. The movie is about the story of young people's growth as they mature in start-up companies. The writer of this drama is Park Hye Ryun ("Dream High" and "I Can Hear Your Voice") and directed by Choong Hwan ("You Who Came From The Stars," "Doctors," and "Hotel Del Luna"). They also both previously worked together on "While You Were Sleeping."
The main characters were Suzy (as Seo Dal Mi), who dreams of becoming Korea's Steve Jobs, and Nam Joo Hyuk (as Nam Do San), the founder of Samsan Tech.
Other main leads were Kim Seon Ho (as Han Ji Pyung), dreams of being debt-free, and Kang Han Na (as Won In Jae) has everything that society respects. In the newly released poster, the main leads posed in front of a wall filled with memos and post-it notes for start-ups. The poster's caption reads, "The place where our shining story begins," highlighting their initial moves towards reaching their dreams. The four main leads were standing in the same starting line, where they portray excitements for what is ahead of them.
Each of the characters also wears outfits that suits and reflects their individualities and personalities. Seo Dal Mi and Nam Do San projects bright and vigorously young-looking. Han Ji Pyung, wearing a checkered suit, emphasizes his care-free and calm nature. Meanwhile, Won In Jae, wearing a lilac suit, exudes elegant charm.
The poster attracts curiosity on how the main leads will collaborate as their destinies intertwine: Seo Dal Mi, who jumps into hardships while dreaming success; Nam Do San, taking on the challenge of desiring to shine again brightly; Han Ji Pyung wanted to be free from all his debts; and Won In Jae, joins a start-up and to not to be thrown away again.
"Start-Up" is set to premiere sometime in October.
