CLC Returns From Year-Long Break + Shares What They Did During Hiatus
CLC has returned from a year-long hiatus with its new single “HELICOPTER.”
On September 2, CLC performed in an online comeback showcase, and they shared their thoughts after a year-long hiatus and with their last single, “Devil,” which was released last September 2019.
The members talked about what they did and what they have been up to during their hiatus. Yujin went to school and went on with nature to take some fresh air as she tries hiking to regain her strength.
Elkie did her best to improve her body. She believed that health is essential, so she worked hard to exercise and eat healthy food to strengthen her immune system. Seungyeon, Seunghee, and Sorn were active in their YouTube channels and uploading some dance videos.
Meanwhile, Eunbin was acting as a character in the TV Chosun drama “Somehow Family.” She faced difficulties and frustrating moments because she had the most lines, but it was a good experience for her to learn from the senior actors. Eunbin also shared her desire to try on action genre like parkour, fighting on the streets, and jumping from one building to another.
This year, Yeeun has been a cast of Mnet’s” Good Girl.” She felt nervous and pressured about performing with other artists that are not her CLC family. But they were able to pull off with their cooperation, and she thought she has another team. Yeeun also worked with KARD’s Jiwoo while they were preparing for their performance and off the stage. She hit it off with Jamie and Lee Young Ji. She got useful advice from Ailee and Hyoyeon.
While CLC is on the verge of rising success, they now surpassed their fifth year since debut, and members also shared a few words to those who just found out their group. There are many reasons to love their group, from the chemistry among their members to their performances. (Via Soompi)
