Upcoming Web Drama 'AMANZA' Shares Character Posters Of Its Main Cast
New character posters of the upcoming web drama "AMANZA" are now released!
"AMANZA" is a KakaoM original digital drama that is based on the webtoon by Kim Bo Tong. The drama tells about a story of a 26-year old young man whose life turned upside when diagnosed with terminal cancer. As he was struggling with the pain of his treatment battling with cancer, he retreated into his imagination, to a dream world, a magical forest where he experiences exciting adventures and dreams, and where miracles are.
The first character poster shows Ji Soo as Park Dong Myung, who is playing the leading role, diagnosed with terminal cancer at a very young age. Despite struggling with a painful illness, he is calmly reflecting on his life by being thoughtful and profound rather than anguish and full of resentment. His poster reads as follows, "During my 27th fall, the things that I gave up on are beginning to become clear."
The next poster was of Lee Seol playing as Min Jung, Park Dong Myung's loving and caring girlfriend. She was warm-hearted, and her eyes are deep in thoughts and longing. Her posters say, "Even Five percent is enough. Let's be in love until the end."
Another poster was actor Lee Jong Won as Park Dong Yeon, who plays as the younger brother. As he works hard to produce something new, his face is deep with attentiveness. His poster reads, "If not now, I thought I would never be able to do it."
Next was of actor Yoo Seung Mok plays as Park Dong Myung's father in the drama. His character poster portrays that he looks distressed and astonished. His poster caption read, "I have always supported you in my heart."
Oh Hyun Kyung plays as Park Dong Myung's mother. In her poster, she watched her sick son, and her face shows with worries and regrets. Her sign reads, "I never knew anything about my son."
These five characters will together create a touching story about life, love, pain, and suffering.
"AMANZA" is set to premiere on Kakao TV this September 1. There are ten episodes, and each will air for about 15 minutes long.
