Son Ye Jin And Kang Ha Neul Reportedly Working Together For A Historical Drama
Son Ye Jin and Kang Ha Neul will be back to bring you a historical drama.
On August 25, a media outlet has reported that Son Ye Jin is currently working on her upcoming drama, “Cut by the Heart.” Son Ye Jin will be playing the part of Princess Pyeonggang.
The upcoming historical drama tells a story of a tragic love story between Princess Pyeonggang, who uses the feelings of On Dal for her advantage. On Dal makes foolish sacrifices for Princess Pyeonggang.
Meanwhile, a source also from Son Ye Jin’s agency reported that MS Team Entertainment was one of the projects she received offers for, and she has not decided yet. Currently, Son Ye Jin is now working with her Hollywood film and fine-tuning for the film titled “Cross.”
If Son Ye Jin accepts the drama “Cut by the Heart,” it will be her historical drama after the SBS’ “The Great Ambition” in 2002. Son Ye Jin was also in the film “The Pirates” in 2014 and “The Last Princess” in 2016.
The actress swept many awards with her last drama, “The Last Princess,” including the Grand Bell Awards, Blue Dragon Film Awards, Korean Film Producers Association Awards, Korean Association of Film Critics Awards, Film Award of the Year, and Baeksang Arts Awards.
On August 25, Kang Ha Neul was also reported to have been cast as On Dal, the main character of “Cut by the Heart.” The actor received an offer to star for the new historical drama and is now reviewing it.
On Dal lives deep in the mountains with his mother, and has always been curious about the outside world. Knowing that his mother would be angry, he still finds his way to the market in the village where he met Princess Pyeonggang for the first time. The day came that Princess Pyeonggang went to his home and decided to live with him and teach him martial arts and read and write.
