Shortly a few days after the actress was rumored to be dating fellow actor, Son Dam Bi has broken her silence over the matter.

The South Korean singer, actress, and entertainer, bluntly addresses the rumors that involve her and actor Sung Hoon in a romantic relationship. As per Allkpop, Son Dam Bi held an Instagram Live via her personal social media account of August 25. She said, "I'm hosting a live broadcast because it seems like it's been a long time since I've communicated with you while drinking alone at home."

The 'When the Camellia Blooms' actress shared that she only drank two glasses of wine, leading her to come in front of the camera with no makeup. She initially wants to go outside and drink, but because of the COVID-19 threat, she wouldn't want to risk her safety and health. Also, even if she chooses to go out and party, she would have no companion.

On the said live broadcast, Son Dam Bi was bombarded by her fans and viewers' questions about her alleged relationship with Sung Hoon. Straightforwardly, the actress quashed the rumor by saying that the actor is a good friend of hers, and she doesn't understand why everyone keeps teasing her to him. She further exclaimed that the rumor would never become a fact because she only sees Sung Hoon as a good friend.

Right after clarifying the issue, her fans were very swift to ask their idol if she currently has a boyfriend, Son Dam Bi then answered that she doesn't have a partner and that she is alone at her home during the broadcast.

"I want to release an album," the actress revealed. However, at the same time, the actress added that she wants to act more. She said that if given a chance to perform again for 'When the Camellia Blooms," she would surely do more and give out a better performance.

For the time being, the actress and Sung Hoon will grace as a duo on the forthcoming MBC show called 'I Live Alone.'
