Celebrity Couple Honey Lee And Yoon Kye Sang Confirmed To Have Ended 7-Year Relationship
One of the most loved celebrity couples in Korea, Yoon Kye Sang, and Honey Lee, have broken up after seven years of being in a relationship.
On June 11, Saram Entertainment released a statement on behalf of their two artists stating, “Yoon Kye Sang and Honey Lee have recently ended their romantic relationship and have decided to remain as good colleagues. We ask for your continued interest and support for the two actors.”
It was reported that their colleagues and friends have already known about them splitting up before the news got out.
Rumors of their break up were already going on since late last year. However, Honey Lee was quick to assure their fans then that they were still dating. Now that they have confirmed their break up, fans are starting to speculate for the reason for their parting.
Not long after confirming the news of their break up, Saram Entertainment released the following statement, “After plenty of discussion with Yoon Kye Sang, we have bilaterally agreed to terminate our contract. Yoon Kye Sang plans to take a break in the meantime. We relay a heartfelt message of gratitude to Yoon Kye Sang, who has been with us for a long time.”
Yoon Kye Sang signed with Saram Entertainment in 2013, followed by Honey Lee in 2014 after being introduced to the agency through Yoon Kye Sang. Honey Lee and Yoon Kye Sang first went public with their relationship in February 2013.
Yoon Kye Sang is set to star in the upcoming fantasy 2020 action film ‘Fluid Renegades’ as a man who loses his memory and wakes up in a different body every 12 hours.
Meanwhile, Honey Lee is preparing for her overseas activities and is now in talks to star in an upcoming film ‘The Ghost’. According to her agency, Saram Entertainment, "She's been offered a role in 'The Ghost', and she's reviewing it in a positive light."
