Park Bo Gum And Byun Woo Seok Are Close Friends Yet Industry Rivals In 'Record Of Youth'
"Record of Youth," a tvN's upcoming South Korean television drama, shared new stills of Park Bo Gum and Byun Woo Seok!
The drama series "Record of Youth" is about young people who struggled to achieve their dreams despite the cruel reality of life in the modeling industry. Starring Sa Hye Joon (played by Park Bo Gum), Ahn Jung Ha (played by Park So Dam), and Won Hae Hyo (played by Byun Woo Seok).
Sa Hye Joon is handsome and smart, a well-known model, but becoming an actor is what he wants. On the other hand, Won Hae Hyo is also a model and dreams of becoming an actor. Both of them are models aspiring and wanting to succeed as actors, there is a sense of rivalry between them, but sincerely cheering each other up as close friends.
Sa Hye Joon and Won Hae Hyo show hard work as models in their new stills. To recharge, they both like to spend some time together outside of their work, and being close friends, they knew each other very well just by exchanging glances. They both shared good and bad aspects of their lives and always supported each other in their careers and future decisions.
The actors also became close in real-life working on the drama. Byun Woo Seok said that he was thankful that it was Park Bo Gum approached him first. He also added that it clearly shows that he is a good and kind person and learned a lot from him. They feel at ease with each other, and they were almost like childhood friends. He felt like their closeness between them shines through in the drama.
The production staff of "Record of Youth" commented that Park Bo Gum and Byun Woo Seok would surely charm the viewers in different ways and hope that they will see the growth of Sa Hye Joon and Won Hae Hyo undergo as they try to make their dreams come true.
"Record of Youth" is set to be released on September 7, airing every Monday-Tuesday at 9 p.m. KST.
