Managing label, CoronaX Entertainment filed a lawsuit against solo artist Minty. She had been caught on camera stealing a leather jacket that belongs to a group of boy idols.

Before the operations of AboutU earlier this year, Minty took on the responsibility of being their stylist for the boy band. Still, shortly during the first telecast, she was transferred out. CoronaX Entertainment announced on 21 July that they had lodged legal proceedings against Minty for misappropriation. (via Allkpop)

Minty took over the stylist's role for the boy band not long until she was caught on security footage that she stole the leather jacket from one of the band's members, as per CoronaX Entertainment. Minty was confirmed to have been captured by the security footage without advanced notice in the agency's rehearsal studio while wearing a leather jacket that the members used to wear throughout their debut.

Minty first denied the allegations towards stealing the item, but when the footage of her caught in the act, she said in defense that it was for a sponsorship rental. The agency conducted investigation only to determine that the receipts are not for sponsorship leading it to sue the solo artist.

A source from the CoronaX Entertainment also revealed that Minty stole the leather jacket by putting a padded coat on top so no one would notice that she's wearing it underneath. Around the period when Minty took the jacket, Victor Han was also caught on camera carrying a box as he left the rehearsal studio.

It was hard to claim if he knew Minty would flee with the jacket, so he was included as a witness. In the meantime, Minty was recently entangled with an age dispute regarding the hit competition tv program 'School Rapper 2.'

Suspicion was raised that she was not in her teenage years when she joined the competition show but was much older. She eventually uploaded a clip with an explanation and apology for her age controversy and stated her actual age.
